Startup Records Phase 1:
Startup Records was created in 2023 as a placeholder record label name for Anthony Lewis / reallytrashmusic to release his own music under.
Startup Records Phase 2:
Later in 2023, reallytrashmusic started helping his musical friends create and release albums using the Startup Records name. Original members include ICHSHIA and Yetocom CS.
Startup Records Phase 3:
In 2024, Startup Records was opened up to the public, and everything was done in Discord group chats.
Startup Records Phase 4:
In late 2024, the public Startup Records Discord server was created, replacing the group chats. This server is now known as "Startup Community Center".
Breakline Records Phase 1:
After an explosion in popularity on the server and a massive increase in clients, it was decided the business model at the time was unsustainable, so Anthony along with the other staff involved in Startup Records decided to make the record label services exclusive, and open separate distribution services, along with making Startup Community Center purely for community collaboration.
